Services ... how can we make your stay better
Below are some of the services we can readily offer. We want to ensure your visit with us is everything you want it to be. We are happy to tackle any request you make of us!
Tourist Van (with driver)
We can arrange 6 or 8 seat van(s) to take you wherever you want to go. Drivers are English speaking and know Bali inside-out. All vans are sourced from within our village and while normally priced on a daily basis, they are also available for short trips.
Motorbike/Scooter Rental
These are an amazingly easy method of transport for all except the more arduous day trips. We can arrange daily or weekly rental bikes from within our village. Please be aware that Indonesian law requires you to carry an International License.
Mobile Phone
Worried about international mobile phone usage? We can provide you with a (simple) mobile phone with a local pre-paid SIM card to enable you to keep in touch with your co-visitors, or to call us if you need assistance.
Daily Cleaning
We clean the place top -to-toe every day, including fresh towels, plus sheets as required. This makes us feel better as I am sure it does you. We can do more (or perhaps less) as you wish.
Food
Breakfast is integral with the room rates. We can also provide lunch and/or dinner as you wish ... using local restaurant delivery. Our kitchen is available for guests to use. We will make things work the way you want.
Taxi
The Perernan taxi stand is just 2 minutes from the villa and taxis are readily available to take you anywhere at advance minimal notice.
Massage
We can provide massage services at the villa, booked in advance.
Laundry
We keep your sheets and towels clean, so it is easy for us to extend laundry services for a couple of items per guest per day. We are not a bespoke valet service, so please keep that in mind!
TV and Internet
Wireless Internet is throughout the entire property (including gardens). Local TV services in all bedrooms and the main lounge. An Apple TV is also provided in the main lounge.
